Midland Realty* reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions herein or any part thereof at any time. The amended version shall take effect automatically upon posting in this Application. You agree to periodically review the terms and conditions herein to ensure the relevant amendments shall come to your attention.

*	“Midland Realty” shall mean (i) Midland Realty International Limited; (ii) any holding, subsidiary and/or associate company of Midland Realty International Limited; and (iii) the directors, officers and employees of any company as mentioned in (i) and/or (ii) above.

10. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
11. If at any time any provision hereof is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining parts shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
12. If there is any conflict between the English and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
